LearnAI Tech Hub will review the request against the written terms supplied at enrollment, attendance or access records, services already delivered and applicable consumer law. Approval, deductions and payment method will be communicated in writing. Bank or payment-provider processing time is outside the institute's control.
Free demos and third-party payments
A genuine free demo requires no course payment. Fees paid directly to third parties, including exam bodies, software providers, universities or government agencies, are governed by those parties unless LearnAI Tech Hub expressly collected the fee under written terms stating otherwise.
