We may also receive basic technical information normally recorded by a web server, such as IP address, browser type, requested page and submission time.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to answer questions, share current course and batch information, arrange demos, provide requested services, maintain lead records, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. We do not claim to sell personal information.
WhatsApp, email and third parties
If you choose WhatsApp or another third-party service, that provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. The website also loads externally hosted fonts. Do not send passwords, identity documents, payment-card data or other sensitive information through an enquiry form.
Retention and security
Enquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, operational records, dispute handling and applicable law. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children and student information
A parent or lawful guardian should submit enquiries and approve participation for learners who are minors. Course or camp information for a minor should not be submitted without appropriate guardian involvement.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete enquiry information, or stop marketing follow-up, subject to records we must retain by law or for legitimate dispute and security purposes.
